"Texas" Chocolate Sheet Cake
I can't stop thinking about this cake. I'm not even a big chocolate fan, especially chocolate cake. But OMG, hands down, the BEST chocolate cake I've ever had. Flavor is amazing, just the right amount of icing, cake is moist, with a nice hint of cinnamon. Next order will be more than just 1 slice!

Brisket
We hit The Fig every time we are in town...So tasty! A carnivore's dream! Love it!
BBQ Bash !!
Excellent value, with excellent food! The generous number of choices enables a highly customizable experience. I tried the brisket, sausage, and grilled chicken thighs. The smokey, savory brisket was tender and juicy. Good bark on the outside. I love the way the cheese in the sausage adds a pleasantly surprising creaminess, balanced well by the smoke and spice. The chicken had a nice sweet-and-salty balance and stayed moist. Highly recommended! I'll be back again.
WEDNESDAY ONLY - Brisket Melt
Perhaps the most delicious sandwich I've ever eaten! Lots of meat too. Worth the cost.
Three Meat, Two Sides
The melon water is DELICIOUS, the brisket is delicious, everything I tried here was amazing! Staff there is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely love this place and will definitely come back.

My family and I just experienced Wild Fig Barbecue --- and WOW, what an unforgettable visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with top-tier customer service that made us feel right at home. The cantaloupe water? Absolutely refreshing! And don't even get me started on the barbecue --- pure, mouthwatering perfection! The service? Through the roof! This place is a hidden gem that honestly feels like a little slice of BBQ heaven. We'll definitely be back!
Pulled Pork
I picked up a variety of items to try and pulled pork was one of the proteins I selected. Delicious! Pulled pork is a great choice since it can be eaten as prepared, made fancy with a sauce or squished into a bun for a sandwich. The pork itself was cooked perfectly - shreddable with a sight pull between your fingers. It had seasoning but not too much. The vinegar sauce was the perfect compliment.
Brisket
My husband and I tried Wild Fig BBQ for the first time last weekend and everything was exceptional. My husband spent several years living in Texas and I am from North Carolina so we know what good brisket and pulled pork should taste like. We of course ordered the sliced brisket and pulled pork as well as the burnt ends. Everything was cooked to perfection and the seasoning was outstanding. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!
